Free services include:
• Medical exams for employment and immigration purposes
• Physicals
• Prescriptions and Referrals (might not be covered)
• Reproductive health visits (including gynecology exams and Pap smears)
• Vaccinations
• STI and HIV screening

• Open Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM

• 
  • Spanish translation is available
  • The clinic only serves uninsured people who have never been to an Institute for Family Health (IFH) patient, who are not pregnant or HIV positive

• No documents required

  Age requirement: 18+

Podiatry and diabetes education

• Open Monday 8:30 AM to 7 PM; Tuesday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM

  • If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit

• Requires a photo ID

  Requires a health insurance or proof of income (for a sliding scale fee)

  Requires a medical referral
