• Open Monday, Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM; Tuesday to Wednesday, Friday to Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM

  • The medical office is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
  • The dental office is open on select Saturdays to current patients only.
  • Walk-ins are available for current patients with urgent care needs on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays.
  • Round-trip OMNY Cards are provided to Medicaid recipients upon their visit.
  • Please call to become a patient or make an appointment.
