• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 8 PM

• 
  • No walk-ins
  • Call to schedule an intake appointment
  • All insurance plans are accepted except Medicare
  • Uninsured must pay $120 weekly for their group and individual sessions
  • The first daily group begins at 10 AM, and the last daily group starts at 6:30 PM

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Must complete an intake

  Requires health insurance or $150 for assessment

  Requires a state ID

  Requires NYS residency

  Age requirement: 18+
