  • MetroCards are not provided to Medicaid recipients
  • You do not have to be from New York State to receive sliding fee scales or services

• Requires a legal guardian present with birth certificate for the patient (if under 18)

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale
