Urban Upbound (FKA East River Development Alliance (ERDA))

The center serves residents of Jefferson, Clinton, and Johnson NYCHA developments. They help with OSHA, security, home health aid training, and obtaining a GED. They will connect you with retail, maintenance, customer service, and other employers in East Harlem, across New York, and beyond.

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

  • A Certificate of Disposition may be required for clients with criminal records; pending cases may suspend your licenses (such as a security license that allows you to work as a security guard).
