• Please walk in with. Co-pays are non-negotiable. Uninsured clients pay $200 for the first two appointments. Underage patients require consent from a legal guardian to receive treatment. If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.
