Services include:
• Job development and independent living services are offered by primary providers VISIONS, Helen Keller, and Lighthouse Guild

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

• 
  • Please ask your doctor to fill out this form (eye report) to determine your legal blindness. When it is signed, call the Commission to enroll in services.
  • If you are under 18, you can receive all services regardless of immigration status.
  • Undocumented adults have limited services available to them and are often referred to independent living centers.
